SHIPPING POLICIES

  • International shipping and returns $9.99 USD.

  • Returns must be made directly to any physical store. In case of being out of Bogota they must be sent.

The order will be delivered between 1 - 3 working days in the city of XXXXXXXX, main cities between 5 - 8 working days and international shipments 15 working days.

EXCHANGE, RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICIES

Exchanges of our products, purchased in physical or online store, may be made in any of our WHITMAN stores, presenting the purchase invoice (physical or digital) or exchange ticket within a calendar period not exceeding three hundred and sixty-five (365) days, counted from the date on which the purchase has been fulfilled.

  • The consumer must demand and keep his purchase invoice, which will be the ideal means to prove the purchase of the product in our stores, and the validity of the time to make the change.

  • Garments may be exchanged for a different size, color, reference or design.

  • Discounted items are NOT exchangeable.

  • Exchanges of garments will always be made for the value for which they were purchased, which will be verified with the purchase invoice.

  • Underwear, accessories (scarves, socks, neckties, manacles), cleaning products and archival garments are not exchanged.

  • The garment to be exchanged must be in the same condition in which it was received at the time of purchase, it cannot have been worn, washed, soiled or have any defect. It must also retain the original tags, accessories and be returned in the original packaging.

  • The discounts for Teachers, Medical Community and Welcome for the first online purchase. They are not cumulative with other promotions and are valid only through the website.

  • The change will be made immediately in the physical establishment of WHITMAN or shipment to the city indicated by the commercial advisor, once the customer has chosen the garment for which the change will be made and this does not exceed the price of the garment to be changed, in case of exceeding it, you must pay the value that exceeds the amount.

  • No refund will be made when the garment for which the exchange is made is of a lower value than the one initially purchased, in which case the customer may purchase a product that completes the total value of the invoice, request a voucher or waive the difference.

  • FACO, reserves the right to approve or deny the exchange of the product, once the condition of the garment is validated and it is verified that it is in perfect aesthetic and functional conditions, unused.

  • The products offered by WHITMAN are covered by a comprehensive warranty of 90 days, which covers manufacturing defects that affect the quality, suitability and performance of the product, according to the parameters established in the Consumer Statute, Law 1480 of 2011 and its corresponding regulatory decrees. The term of the warranty counts from the day of delivery of the product to the customer; the warranty does not cover the normal deterioration of the product, improper use, or damage caused by not following the instructions of care or maintenance of the products.

  • To make effective the warranty of any of our products, you can go to any of our physical stores.

  • Our commercial warranty does not affect the rights you have recognized by the current legislation.

  • Some of our garments are made by handcrafted processes, therefore, they may present characteristics of natural materials, such as variation in texture or color, which will not be considered a manufacturing defect.
